FEBRUARY 2, 2012 - Wellington, KS.
WHS SENIOR ERIANNE ADAMS signed a letter of intent @ WHS Thursday to play Tennis at Cowley County Community College and has made a verbal commitment to play basketball as well. Present at the signing were Erianne's parents Eric and Coni Adams and her WHS Tennis Coaches Brian Aufdengarten and Daphne Adams. Also on hand, WHS Athletic Director Brian Buchanan.

FEBRUARY 1, 2012 - Wellington, KS.
WHS SENIOR TAYLAN YBARRA signed a letter of intent Weds at WHS to play football at Hutchinson Community Jr College this Fall. Present at the signing were Taylan's parents, Jesse Ybarra and Melissa Ybarra, his granddad Socko Ybarra, and WHS Head and Asst Football Coaches Dylan Schmidt and T.D. Buck.

WHS SENIOR ZACH PARENT signed a letter of intent Weds at WHS to play football at Southwestern College in Winfield. Present at the signing were Zach's sisters Erica and Shawna, his stepdad Steve Sturgis, Southwestern Asst Coach Sergio Molina, and WHS Head and Asst Football Coaches Dylan Schmidt and T.D. Buck.

JANUARY 16, 2012 - Wellington, KS.
WHS SENIOR RYAN JENKINS signed a letter of intent Monday to play baseball at Cowley County Community College. Present for the signing were Ryan's parents Clyde and Amy, sister Kailey, and WHS Coaches Jesse Dale, Mike Wilmoth, and Brian Buchanan.

NOVEMBER 10, 2011 - Wellington, KS.
WHS SENIOR DANI ANDERSON signed a letter of intent Thursday evening to play basketball for Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Present at the signing in addition to Dani were her parents, Grant and Sherry Anderson. Bryant, a Div I school, is in the NE Conference.
