The WHS Cross Country team represented quite well Thursday at the AVCTL League Meet in Buhler...Chase Pfalzgraf and Mackenzie Heacock received 1st Team All League Honors. Tyler Brown and Katrina Dvorak rec'd 2nd Team All League Honors! Congrats to all "4"!!

The WMS 7th and 8th grade Knights wrapped up their respective football seasons Thursday evening down at Sellers Park with a SPLIT. 

In the opener, Mulvane defeated the 7th grade Knights 36-00. Overall, the 7th graders went 1-6 on the season.

I was privileged Thursday evening to sit in on a full dress rehearsal for the WHS Drama Department's upcoming Neil Simon production - "FOOLS". The Fall 2017 offering under the direction of first year Drama Instructor Jessica Coldwell is just absolutely superb. The stage setup, the costumes, the make-up, the sound, the special effects, the lighting, the stage crew and of course the actors and actresses nail it!

The WHS Student Body and the infamous Crusader Band gathered in the Commons area just before school was out on Thursday to give "6" young ladies a CRUSADER SENDOFF as they head for State 4A  competition this weekend and on Monday.
